CU-ADVANCE

Yael Levitte is Executive Director of the CU-ADVANCE Center. She works closely with the Programming Directors to plan and offer professional development opportunities for women faculty in the sciences, social sciences and engineering. She works with the Evaluation Directors to collect, interpret, and report on institutional data regarding gender equity, and institutional strategies to support the success of women in the sciences and engineering. Dr. Levitte manages the day-to-day aspects of the many programs and resources offered by the CU-ADVANCE Center. Additionally, she conducts analysis of university policies and works with university administration to develop new policies and practices that contribute to the professional success of a diverse faculty population.
